The Loved Privacy Policy

Elevated Principles Inc. (dba Loved), referred to as “Loved” in this Privacy Policy, is required by law to inform their clients of their policies regarding privacy of client information.

Loved respects you and your family’s privacy, and is bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law. Federal law requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) relates to the information collection and use practices of Loved in connection with our online services (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are available to you through a variety of platforms, including, but not limited to, www.loved.com (the “Site”) and our mobile application, which is accessible through a variety of connected devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal Information

As part of becoming a Loved Customer, you will be asked to provide certain information such as, your and your children’s name, date of birth, and Tax ID numbers, and your citizenship, visa information, home address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, bank routing number, bank account login credentials, bank name, employer name, employment status, job position, whether you are a “politically exposed person,” whether you are a “control person” (pursuant to FINRA Rule 3210), annual income range, and total net worth range (collectively, the “Personal Information”).

Non-Public Personal Information (“NPI”)

We collect non-public personal information about you that is either provided to us by you, generated as a result of a transaction between us or any information obtained as a result of providing services to you.

Other information

Other information may automatically be collected or received regarding you and your use and interactions of the Platform and our advertising. This may include:

IP address, which may consist of a static or dynamic IP address and will sometimes point to a specific identifiable computer or device;

Browser type and language;

Referring and exit pages and URLs;

Date and time;

Details regarding your activity on the Platform, such as search queries and other performance and usage data.

Type of device;

Advertising Identifier (“IDFA” or “AdID”);

Operating system and version (e.g., iOS, Android or Windows);

Carrier; and

Network type (WiFi, 3G, 4G, LTE).

From Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Similar Techniques

Third-Party Analytics such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, and others to evaluate your use of the Platform, compile reports on activity, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Platform and mobile and Internet usage. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help analyze and provide us the data. You consent to the processing of data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Children

Loved does not knowingly collect or receive Personal Information directly from children under the age of 13 through the Platform and/or the Services. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide any Personal Information through the Platform and/or the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide any Personal Information on the Platform, the Services, or any other website without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Loved through the Platform and/or the Services, please contact us at support@lovedwealth.com, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Information from Third-Party Sources

We may also collect Personal Information and information about your transactions with us and those you engage in with our affiliates, unaffiliated third parties, banking verification services and information from consumer reporting agencies. We may further collect information about you from third-party data sources, such as brokers, banks and government databases, and combine it with data we collect from you. For example, we use Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from financial institutions. By using our Services, you grant us and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy (https://plaid.com/legal). All information we collect and/or receive from such third-party sources is collectively referred to as “Third-Party Information.”

Retention of Your Information

We will retain your Information for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was initially collected as stated in this Privacy Policy, or subsequently authorized. We will also retain and use your Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Federal Law gives you the right to limit sharing - opting out

Federal law allows you the right to limit the sharing of your NPI by “opting-out” of the following:

Sharing for non-affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness; or sharing with affiliates or non-affiliates who use your information to market to you.

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Please notify us immediately if you choose to opt out of these types of sharing.

DEFINITIONS: Affiliates – companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies; Non-affiliates – companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies; Joint marketing – a formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
