As part of becoming a Loved Customer, you will be asked to provide certain information such as, your and your children’s name, date of birth, and Tax ID numbers, and your citizenship, visa information, home address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, bank routing number, bank account login credentials, bank name, employer name, employment status, job position, whether you are a “politically exposed person,” whether you are a “control person” (pursuant to FINRA Rule 3210), annual income range, and total net worth range (collectively, the “Personal Information”).
Non-Public Personal Information (“NPI”)
We collect non-public personal information about you that is either provided to us by you, generated as a result of a transaction between us or any information obtained as a result of providing services to you.
Other information may automatically be collected or received regarding you and your use and interactions of the Platform and our advertising. This may include:
IP address, which may consist of a static or dynamic IP address and will sometimes point to a specific identifiable computer or device;
Browser type and language;
Referring and exit pages and URLs;
Date and time;
Details regarding your activity on the Platform, such as search queries and other performance and usage data.
Type of device;
Advertising Identifier (“IDFA” or “AdID”);
Operating system and version (e.g., iOS, Android or Windows);
Network type (WiFi, 3G, 4G, LTE).

Federal Law gives you the right to limit sharing - opting out
Federal law allows you the right to limit the sharing of your NPI by “opting-out” of the following:
Sharing for non-affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness; or sharing with affiliates or non-affiliates who use your information to market to you.
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Please notify us immediately if you choose to opt out of these types of sharing.
DEFINITIONS: Affiliates – companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies; Non-affiliates – companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies; Joint marketing – a formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
